How to create QR codes for short links

Short links are simple to enter into a browser's address bar. However, using a QR code to pass a URL is even more convenient.

You can create QR codes for every shortened link and then download them in three different formats: PNG, SVG and PDF.

QR code generation is available in every price plan.

To create a QR code

1. Sign in to your Short.io account.

2. From the Dashboard you can either:

   • create a new short link and click on :

     

     or

   • open an existing short link for editing and click on QR code:

3. In the QR Code Generation screen you can customize the code by:

   • configuring error correction level, border radius, code colors (foreground and background)

   • adding your company's logo and specifying its size

   

4. After all the changes are made, you can download the QR code in the following file formats by clicking on the respective button: PNG, SVG and PDF.
