Prefixes for links created in folders

To match requirements of several platforms and authorities, you can now assign a specific static prefix to a folder, which all links will contain in path.

Example:

mydomain.tld/XmasCampaign/SomeShortLink.

After that, all new links created within selected folder will have prefix included automatically.
