How to export short links from Bitly on free plan using Excel

If you're on a free Bitly plan and need to export your links, here's a simple method using Excel:

Steps:

1. Log in to your Bitly account.

2. Go to the Links page.

3. Scroll down to load all your links (keep scrolling until no more appear).

4. Scroll back to the top and select all visible links.

5. Copy-paste them into an Excel spreadsheet.

6. Use Find and Replace to:

   • Find all text starting with http or bit.ly

   • Replace them with the same text but with a different text color (e.g., red) so they stand out.

7. Use Excel’s Sort by Text Color feature to bring all links to the top.

8. Copy those colored links into a new Excel file.

9. Save that file as a CSV.

10. Upload the CSV to Short.io
