# How to add users to a team

You can add as many **Short.io** users as needed to a team following the procedure below:

1. Sign in to your [Short.io account](https://short.io/).

2. Navigate to the **Settings** -> **Teams** menu and select a team:

3. Click on **Add new member**.

4. In the next screen provide the following information:

   * enter the **Email Address** of the member

   * select the member's **Role** (more information on roles is available [here](/articles/features/teams/team-members-permissions-and-features.md)) - in case you have chosen **User** for role, you can enable the **Link-level permissions** option, which permits the team member to view only the short links they have created

5. You can add as many members as needed by selecting **More members** and when all the settings are completed, click on **Confirm**.

The newly added members who already use **Short.io**, are shown right away along with their names, roles, email addresses and the dates of their admission. To those

who have not subscribed yet, an invitation is sent with a sign-in link to **Short.io**:
