# How to copy/resend/delete pending invitation to a team member

When you invite new members to a team from **Settings** -> **Teams** and they are not yet registered as **Short.io** users, then they are not immediately added to the team. Instead, an invitation is sent to them and their status becomes **Invite pending**:

From the **Members** panel you can click on  and then:

* copy the invitation link to clipboard and send it manually to the user

* resend the invitation

* delete the invitation
