How to download or export short links from Short.io

You can export individual short links or download a complete list of all short links for a domain in CSV format.

Note

The export feature is not enabled by default. You need to contact the Short.io support team with the request to activate it for you.

Quick video tutorial​

  1. From the Branded links menu select the links to be exported and click (Export):

  2. You will be prompted to choose a destination for the CSV file. Select one and save.

The file will be downloaded to your device.

  1. Navigate to the Domain settings and click (Export links) :

You will receive an email from Short.io. Click Download Export to save the file:

The export contains the following columns: ID strings, short URLs, original paths, original URLs, titles, clicks, created at (date), updated at (date), expires at (date), created by, tags.
